Malaysia: Shares open lower on Monday

MALAYSIA share prices opened lower on Monday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 3.99 points, or 0.24 per cent, to 1,680.59 as at 9.06am.
Volume was 470.91 million lots worth about RM240.07 million. Gainers beat losers 374 to 199.
