Eagle Hospitality Trust
HOSPITALITY stapled group Eagle Hospitality Trust (EHT) will probably not have income available for distribution for the year to Dec 31, the manager said last Friday night. No distribution per stapled security was declared for the third quarter to Sept 30, down from 1.649 US cents for the year-ago period. EHT had no distributable income in the period, against US$14.4 million before. The trust's latest loss of US$556.9 million reversed the post-tax profit of US$12.6 million in year before. Net property income fell by 29.4 year on year, to US$14.2 million, while revenue dropped by 22.9 per cent to US$16.6 million.
