Malaysia: Shares open higher on Monday

MALAYSIA share prices opened higher on Monday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 9.27 points, or 0.62 per cent, to 1,514.12 as at 9.04am.
Volume was 231.58 million lots worth about RM187.79 million. Gainers beat losers 334 to 78.
