Retailers see need to invest in omnichannel strategies

THE virus outbreak that's been keeping shoppers at bay isn't stopping the plans of retailers - both e-commerce and brick and mortar - to invest further in their omnichannel retail strategies.
For the retailers The Business Times spoke to, the strategy is a long-term one that should not be derailed by "a blip in the market", as how one of them put it.
