Malaysia shares open lower on Wednesday

MALAYSIA share prices opened lower on Wednesday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 1.98 points to 1,760.95.
Volume was 42.11 million lots worth RM17.61 million.
Gainers outnumbered losers 132 to 50.
