Hong Kong: Stocks kick week off with big gains

[HONG KONG] Stocks soared Monday, extending a rally at the end of last week, as tech firms tracked broad gains in their US counterparts. The Hang Seng Index jumped 1.74 per cent, or 527.78 points, to close at 30,808.45.
Mainland Chinese markets were closed for a public holiday.
