Europe: Stock markets rise at open

[LONDON] Europe's main stock markets rose at the start of trading on Monday following strong gains in Asia.
London's benchmark FTSE 100 index climbed 0.4 per cent to 7,249.69 points compared with Friday's close.
In the eurozone, Frankfurt's DAX 30 advanced 0.9 per cent to 12,453.30 points and the Paris CAC 40 grew 0.5 per cent to 5,298.22.
