Hong Kong: Stocks extend gains at open
[HONG KONG] Hong Kong shares extended their gains on Wednesday, a day after closing at a 10-year high, as investors tracked another record on Wall Street.
The Hang Seng Index added 0.46 per cent, or 131.18 points, to 28,622.01.
But the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index was marginally lower, dipping 1.50 points to 3,381.49. The Shenzhen Composite Index, which tracks stocks on China's second exchange inching up just 0.04 points to 2,030.22.
