Malaysia: Shares close lower on Wednesday

MALAYSIA share prices closed lower on Wednesday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 1.35 points to 1,764.24.
Volume was 2.209 billion lots worth RM2.156 billion.
Gainers outnumbered losers 401 to 376.
