China Jinjiang Environment's Q2 net profit up 10%
CHINA Jinjiang Environment Holding Company posted a net profit of 168.3 million yuan for its second quarter ended June 30, up 10 per cent from the same period a year ago.
Revenue went up 16.4 per cent to 718.5 million yuan due to increased revenue from their waste-to-energy (WTE) business, project technical and management services and their energy management contracting (EMC) business.
Earnings per share for the quarter stood at 13.83 fen, down from 15.3 fen a year ago. No dividend was declared.
In its filing to the Singapore Exchange, the group said it will continue to explore new markets, expand and grow its WTE business and project technical and management services, as well as its EMC business.
