Razer submits listing application to HK bourse

RAZER, the Singapore-founded gaming tech company, has submitted a preliminary prospectus to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
"I'm very excited about the listing application, but I cannot comment further," said the company's Singaporean co-founder and CEO Tan Min-Liang in Hong Kong on Thursday evening, speaking at a tournament for exports and virtual reality games in Hong Kong as part of festivities celebrating the 20th anniversary of the city's handover to China.
