[LONDON] Europe's main stock markets diverged Thursday, after earlier losses in Asia, as dealers mulled sliding oil prices.

London's benchmark FTSE 100 index of major blue-chip companies was almost unchanged at 7,368.24 points.

In the eurozone, Frankfurt's DAX 30 rose 0.2 per cent to 12,474.51 points, while the CAC 40 in Paris declined 0.1 per cent to 5,177.21 points compared with the closing level on Wednesday.
