Malaysia: Shares close higher on Wednesday

MALAYSIA share prices closed higher on Wednesday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 3.920 points to 1,697.690.
Volume was 3.023 billion lots worth RM2.331 billion.
Gainers outnumbered losers 546 to 360.
