China confirms need for stable relations with US

CHINESE Premier Li Keqiang stressed the need for stable relations with the United States and gave reassurance on the health of the Chinese economy.
In his annual press conference following the closure of the National People's Congress, he positioned China as the champion of free trade and remained optimistic on the future of US-China relations.
