SGX files complaint in China against China Fibretech executive chairman

THE Singapore Exchange has filed "complaints" with Chinese authorities against Wu Xinhua, executive chairman and chief executive officer of mainboard-listed China Fibretech, it said in a bourse filing on Thursday evening.
It said its complaints were related to "several alleged offences under the Chinese Penal Code".
It has also referred the matter to authorities in Singapore, it added.
