Intraco general financial controller resigns after six months
MAINBOARD-LISTED Intraco Limited's general financial controller (GFC) has resigned after six months into his role to pursue other career opportunities.
The trading company announced on the Singapore Exchange on Friday that the resignation was not due to any unresolved differences in opinion matters between Chua Wui Lik and the board of directors.
Mr Chua was appointed GFC on Sept 15, 2016. His official resignation date is March 31, 2017.
The 57-year-old's responsibilities include handling the company's accounting, tax, treasury and compliance matters. Intraco said that the company is currently seeking a "suitable GFC replacement".
Share prices of Intraco closed at S$0.24 on Friday, down two Singapore cents, or 7.7 per cent.
