THE Singapore Exchange (SGX) has granted Ezra approval to extend its annual general meeting (AGM) by two months, following a delay in the release of the group's results for the financial year ended Aug 31, 2016. The approval by the SGX is subject to several conditions. Ezra released its FY16 results on Nov 29 after being granted a 30-day extension.
