BreadTalk in talks to form JV for core biz in new territory
It says this in response to SGX's query on the unusual price movement of its shares

RESPONDING to a Singapore Exchange query on the unusual price movement of its shares, BreadTalk said on Wednesday that it is in talks with several parties on forming a joint venture for a core business in a new territory.
The joint-venture company will be a franchisee and an operator of an existing business, BreadTalk said.
