Malaysia: Shares open higher on Tuesday

MALAYSIA share prices opened higher on Tuesday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 1.31 points to 1629.97.
Volume was 27.9 million lots worth RM8.5 million.
Gainers outnumbered losers 61 to 56.
