HSBC Private Bank hires two unit heads for investment counselling

HSBC Private Bank has created a role focusing on "investment counselling" that is meant for bankers to provide advice on investment portfolio construction and diversification, it said on Monday.
Sandeep Sharma, HSBC's head of global private banking, South-east Asia, said in a media statement: "Given our adoption of the portfolio-based approach in managing clients' investments, it is important to strengthen our investment advisory capabilities."
