Hong Kong, Shanghai: Stocks open flat
[HONG KONG] Hong Kong stocks opened flat Wednesday morning as investors play a wait-and-see game before a closely watched Federal Reserve policy meeting wraps up later in the day.
The Hang Seng Index was barely moved, dipping 0.03 points to 23,522.86.
And the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index was also marginally lower, easing 1.42 points to 3,021.58, while the Shenzhen Composite Index, which tracks stocks on China's second exchange, eased 0.03 per cent, or 0.53 points, to 1,999.53.
