Singtel adds suite of new services to its cloud portfolio
Singapore
AS part of its overall managed cloud offerings, Singapore Telecommunications (Singtel) has added a suite of hybrid cloud solutions to its cloud portfolio, which it hopes will help customers to execute their "digital strategies".
This suite of new services includes the Data Centre and Cloud Connect Service (DC Connect), which Singtel claims is a "first-of-its-kind software-defined network service" to be rolled out in Singapore. This allows firms to easily access and move their data seamlessly between a hybrid of public and private clouds in more than 20 data centres using a single connection, said Singtel.
