Katrina Group offers 35.8m placement shares in IPO priced at 21¢

SINGAPORE-based Katrina Group Ltd joined the growing list of food-and-beverage companies on the Singapore Exchange (SGX) on Friday by debuting on the Catalist board with 35.8 million new placement shares and an initial public offering (IPO) price of 21 Singapore cents.
The placement, with expected gross proceeds of S$7.5 million, comes after the group lodged its preliminary offer document with SGX last month.
