Geo Energy Resources

GEO Energy Resources, an integrated Indonesian coal mining group, has completed the sale of All Win Holdings to PT Autum Bara Sejahtera for US$10 million, through its wholly owned subsidiary Geo Group Holdings. Both Geo Group Holdings and All Win were recently incorporated in June 2016 with the purpose of restructuring Geo Energy's business and divesting Geo Energy's wholly owned subsidiaries PT Mitra Riau Pratama and PT Geo Mineral Trading.
