Noble's chief operating officer retires

NOBLE Group's chief operating officer William Cronin is retiring on March 31, the second high-level figure to leave the executive management of the embattled commodity trader in recent months.
But Mr Cronin, 53, will remain as a part-time consultant to the group, under the title of vice-chairman of Americas.
