Malaysia: Shares end higher

MALAYSIAN shares ended higher on Thursday with the Kuala Lumpur Composite Index adding 9.76 points to close at 1,703.19.
Some 1.81 billion lots, valued at RM2.31 billion were traded. Gainers numbered 490 while losers numbered 341.
