S'pore could be test-bed for solutions to global problems

ONE way Singapore can stay competitive is to leverage on its potential to serve as the world's test-bed, said a sub-group of the Committee on the Future Economy (CFE).
The group of 22 tasked with looking at future growth industries and markets met for the first time on Wednesday.
