QAF posts 17% jump in net profit for FY2015
SINGAPORE-LISTED QAF, which bakes bread under the Gardenia label as well as other pastries, posted a net profit of S$52.5 million for the year ended December 2015, up 17 per cent from a year ago.
Revenue came in 2 per cent lower at S$998.3 million from S$1.02 billion.
Earnings per share stood at 9.4 Singapore cents versus 8.2 Singapore cents in the financial year 2014.
The company declared a final dividend of 4 Singapore cents per share, the same as last year.
The counter finished one Singapore cent or nearly 1 per cent lower at S$1.02 on Wednesday.
