Li Heng Chemical Fibre to delist from SGX

LI Heng Chemical Fibre Technologies said on Wednesday it will be delisted from Singapore Exchange (SGX).
Following a cash offer from its major shareholder, its public float has fallen below the mandatory 10 per cent. "The offeror has now stated in the relevant announcement that it intends to take steps to delist the company from the SGX-ST following the close of the offer."
