Hong Kong: Stocks open higher after Fed hike

[HONG KONG] Hong Kong stocks rose soon after opening Thursday as the Federal Reserve's decision to lift interest rates for the first time in almost a decade boosted confidence in the US economy.
The Hang Seng Index in Hong Kong added 0.64 per cent, or 139.88 points, to 21,841.09.
