GS Holdings lodges Catalist prospectus
DISHWASHING company GS Holdings has lodged a preliminary prospectus to list on the Catalist board. It has been sponsored by UOB Kay Hian.
The company's audited results for 2014 show S$2.4 million of revenue and a loss from continuing operations of S$1.3 million.
Its unaudited half-year results for 2015 show S$3.4 million of revenue and loss from continuing operations of S$103,000.
The company, which operates under the name Greatsolutions, said there is strong demand for its services and it has an early-mover advantage.
Its business strategy and future plans include focusing on innovation and improving automation for large-scale dishwashing, exploring value-added services for customers, expanding its dishwashing capacity and making full use of government grants.
