Tat Hong in talks with new buyer to sell property at 11 Gul Crescent
CRANE distributor Tat Hong Holdings on Friday said its earlier agreement to sell its property at 11 Gul Crescent for S$25 million has fallen through, and it is in talks with another potential buyer for the site.
Tat Hong said that as "certain conditions for the sale and purchase of the property were not met" in the earlier agreement with Mini Environment Service Pte Ltd, it will not be proceeding with the disposal.
"The company is in discussion with another party for the sale of the property and further updates will be provided in due course."
