They are also immune to online retailers as customers need immediate assistance and can't wait for delivery

NOT all brick-and-mortar retailers are running in fear from Amazon.com. Just look at the auto parts industry.
The three largest US sellers of replacement parts are seeing sales surge, sending their stock prices on a roll. AutoZone Inc, Advance Auto Parts and O'Reilly Automotive have all gained at least about 20 per cent this year. That trounces the 1.3 per cent decline for the S&P 500 Index.
