Tokyo: Stocks open flat

[TOKYO] Tokyo stocks opened flat on Tuesday, on a mixed lead from Wall Street after rallying the previous day on a Chinese interest rate cut.
The benchmark Nikkei 225 index at the Tokyo Stock Exchange ticked up 0.07 per cent, or 14.04 points, to 18,961.16 in opening deals.
