Two M+S residential projects in Singapore to premiere in Hong Kong
TWO of Singapore's iconic residential projects will be marketed by CBRE in Hong Kong for the first time on May 16 and 17, 2015.
One of them is Marina One Residences, a 34-storey residential tower which is part of Marina One.
It comprises 1,042 one to four-bedroom luxury apartments and penthouses, with unit sizes ranging from 700 square feet for a one-bedder to 8,568 square feet for a penthouse. Prices start from S$1.67million.
Marina One is developed by M+S, a joint venture between Malaysia's strategic investment fund Khazanah Nasional and Singapore's Temasek Holdings.
The other development to be marketed by CBRE in Hong Kong is Duo Residences, also by M+S.
Duo Residences is part of another integrated development, Duo, which is located diagonally across from Bugis Junction and Bugis+.
Duo Residences is a 49-storey residential tower with three and four-bedroom residences of 1,528 square feet to 1,927 square feet, and penthouses of up to 4,392 square feet in size.
Prices begin at S$3.81 million.
