OIL majors are continuing with upgrading works for their assets in Singapore even as they cut back on investments elsewhere amid low oil prices.
ExxonMobil on Thursday said that it has started building a new cogeneration plant at its Pioneer Road refinery in Jurong. It will have a capacity of 84 MW, enough to power 150,000 four-room HDB flats.
