Hong Kong: Stocks open 0.70% higher

[HONG KONG] Hong Kong stocks rose 0.70 per cent in the first few minutes of trade on Monday after China's central bank at the weekend cut interest rates for the second time since November.
The benchmark Hang Seng Index added 173.47 points to 24,996.76.
