Asking prices for UK homes up in Feb
Rising demand, due to fall in oil prices and higher wages, outstripping supply

ASKING prices for UK homes increased at a faster pace this month amid a shortage of property for sale, Rightmove said on Monday.
Prices sought rose 2.1 per cent from January, when they increased 1.4 per cent, Britain's biggest property website said in a statement. Growth in average London values accelerated to 2.8 per cent from 0.9 per cent.
