Malaysia: Shares open higher on Monday

MALAYSIA share prices opened higher on Monday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 5.50 points to 1758.43.
Volume was 21.97 million lots worth RM9.90 million.
Gainers outnumbered losers 78 to 45.
