Launch of another JTC innovative space
SENIOR Minister of State for Trade & Industry and National Development Lee Yi Shyan launched JTC nanoSpace@Tampines on Wednesday.
The development is the latest innovative space that JTC is building to house key clusters, enhance their productivity and competitiveness, and support their growth.
It is a multi-tenanted four-storey facility which will provide centralised common utilities such as bulk gases and chilled water, as well as space for specialty chemical storage and waste water treatment plants.
It is expected to be completed in early 2017.
Last year, JTC opened one such innovative space, JTC Surface Engineering Hub, and launched or broke ground for eight new ones: BioMed One, Aviation Two, JTC aeroSpace@Seletar Aerospace Park, JTC Chemicals Hub, JTC Food Hub@Senoko, JTC Space@Gul, JTC Space@Tampines North and JTC LaunchPad@one-north.
