Singapore: Shares end higher

SINGAPORE shares ended higher on Wednesday with the Straits Times Index gaining 12.38 points to 3,224.03.
Some 1.15 billion shares, valued at S$1.01 billion were traded. Gainers numbered 265 while losers numbered 140.
