Sabana Reit remains investment grade
SABANA Shari-ah Compliant Industrial Real Estate Investment Trust remains an investment grade borrower, according to ratings agency Standard & Poor's. The industrial property investor's long-term corporate credit rating was affirmed at "BBB-" and its long-term Asean regional scale rating kept at "axA-" with a stable outlook. S&P said it expects Sabana Reit to manage its peak lease expiry in 2015 and occupancy rates to improve gradually over the next 12 to 18 months.
