China Minzhong's Q2 net slips 6.4%

HIGHER costs hit China Minzhong, which yesterday reported a 6.4 per cent drop in net profit to 201.9 million yuan (S$41.9 million) for its fiscal second quarter ended Dec 31, 2013.
Earnings per share of the Fujian-based vegetable producer fell to 0.31 yuan, from 0.39 yuan a year ago.
