Cache posts 2.126 cent DPU for Q3
CACHE Logistics Trust posted a distribution per unit (DPU) of 2.126 cents for the third quarter ended September 2013, down 0.8 per cent from 2.144 cents a year ago.
Distributable income rose 9.6 per cent to $16.5 million, from $15.1 million previously.
The lower DPU payout was largely due to the issuance of 70 million private placement units in March this year, for which net proceeds raised were used to finance the acquisition of Precise Two, a fully ramp-up warehouse.
