Starhill Global Reit's Q3 DPU rises 9%

STARHILL Global Reit (SGReit) posted distribution per unit (DPU) of 1.21 cents for the third quarter ended September, up 9 per cent from the previous year's 1.11 cents.
Income available for distribution was $27.1 million, up 9.7 per cent. Of this, about $700,000 was retained for working capital requirements. The resulting income to be distributed to unitholders in Q3 was $26.1 million, an increase of 20.8 per cent over the previous year's $21.6 million.
