WHILE Singapore has made great strides in advanced manufacturing, the country now has some technological gaps to plug if it hopes to strengthen its position in the global technology supply chain. Russell Tham thinks Temasek can help.
Mr Tham, who is joint head of Temasek's enterprise development group as well as joint head of strategic development, has had a front-row seat as Singapore advanced in the manufacturing space.
