Malaysia: Shares open higher

Malaysia share prices opened higher on Monday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 1.38 points to 1,773.680.
Volume was 189.7 million lots worth RM56.4 million.
Losers outnumbered gainers 178 to 177.
