South Beach hotel to be rebranded as JW Marriott Singapore
THE South Beach, a 654-room hotel along Beach Road that began trading last September, will be rebranded as JW Marriott Singapore.
City Developments Ltd (CDL) announced this in its first quarter results statement on Wednesday evening.
South Beach Consortium, CDL's joint venture with Malaysia's IOI Group, is in the process of appointing Marriott International, Inc to operate the hotel.
"A memorandum of understanding has been signed and completion of the appointment is expected shortly," CDL said.
