Darco Water Technologies wins S$11.5m contracts
WATER systems engineering firm Darco Water Technologies has secured new contracts worth about S$11.5 million in China and Malaysia, it said in a Singapore Exchange filing on Monday.
One was for the expansion of a wastewater treatment project and procurement of equipment at a chemical industrial park in Zhejiang province, China. This contract was won by Darco's newly acquired subsidiary Wuhan Kaidi Water Services, it said.
Other contracts were for "several" wastewater treatment projects in Malaysia "involving the construction of ammoniacal nitrogen wastewater treatment system for a solar cell and nitrogenous fertiliser manufacturing plant", Darco said.
The latest contracts bring the total value of new contracts won recently to about S$33 million, it added.
