DuPont launches first thermal protection test facility in Asia

AMERICAN chemicals firm DuPont launched its first thermal protection testing facility in Asia in Tuas on Wednesday, increasing its capacity to test and analyse the performance of protective apparel when exposed to sudden fire.
The multi-million-dollar investment joins DuPont's four other Thermo-Man Manikin testing facilities currently in service in the United States, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates, and Brazil.
